Shipping policy

If you reside in any other country outside the European Community, you will receive a separate quotation for shipping costs, which will be added to the Proforma Invoice. Your order will then be shipped within 24 hours of payment, and you will receive an order confirmation email along with the tracking number for the shipment. Import taxes and customs duties required by the destination country are not included in the proforma and they will be indicated to you by local authorities if applicable. Taxes and duties Prices displayed on this website include VAT, unless otherwise stated. For shipments within the European Union, VAT is applied according to current regulations. For shipments to countries outside the European Union, orders are shipped VAT-free. Any customs duties, import taxes or clearance fees are the responsibility of the recipient and must be paid upon delivery in accordance with the regulations of the destination country. The seller is not responsible for any additional charges imposed by local customs authorities nor for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
